ABOUT THE AUTHOR: OSAMU TATSUMURA is the director of Tatsumura Yoga Research Institute. He is the founder of International Holistic Life Yoga Study Association, and president of Oki Yoga Association. He was Born in Hyogo, Japan, in 1948, and he graduated from Waseda University, with BA in literature. In 1973, he began his training with Master Masahiro Oki, the Pioneer of holistic yoga and the holistic way of healing, eating, and thinking in Japan who revolutionized the concept of yoga and created Oki Yoga. Oki Yoga is based on Zen Buddhism, Shinto practice, Chinese Do-In, Qi Gong, and the original essence of Indian yoga. Since then, Master Tatsumura has been working all over the Word as the leader of Oki Yoga.
